The New Zealand 1990 Commission has been established to undertake a number of tasks and initiatives to ensure that New Zealanders are encouraged to participate in various ways during 1990. The Commission is encouraging the establishment of local voluntary committees called "NZ 1990 Community Committees" to assist with a variety of functions relating to 1990. The short title of the bylaw to be amended is the Waimarino District Council Building Bylaw 1988. The short title of the amendment is The Waimarino District Council Building Bylaw Amendment No. 1989. JJL Murrihy District Manager WAIMARINO DISTRICT COUNCIL RANGATAUA SEWERAGE SCHEME Residents and ratepayers within the Rangataua Sewerage Reticulation Scheme are advised that the above scheme has been commissioned and is fully operational. Those ratepayers with buildings on their property must now apply to the District Council for a permit and authority to connect the scheme. No Lateral or connection fees will be payable. However, the relevant Plumbing and Drainage Fee will be payable.
