This will involve working with departmental staff at all levels, with other agency personnel and with community groups. Some travel within the region will be required. Applicants must have successful experience as a community worker or social worker, with an emphasis on liaison and development in the voluntary/community social service sections, demonstrate sound administration ability, and have broad knowledge and understanding of their local service networks. This is a contract position.
