Graduated Driver Licensing issotough, you need a licence to learn. Before you even get behind the wheel of a car, or take a bike on the road you need something called a Learner Licence. Learn without one and you could face a $ 1 ,000 fine, and be stopped from getting your licence for a while. The new system is tough, because we're out to make young people better, safer drivers. And improve the terrible odds of learners being hurt or killed on the road. If you're not absolutely clear on the way Graduated Driver Licensing works, read the Road Code. MHSifosport
