September looks to be when the Planning Tribunal hearing of the Wanganui River minimum flows regime will start. A pre-hearing judicial conference was heid earlier this month and, while no official timetable has been released by the tribunal judge, Whanganui River Flows Coalition chairman Keith Chapple has said indications from all parties concerned are for a September start.
