Ohakune Bridge news

Eight members of the Ohakune Bridge Club travelled to Taihape on Thursday April 6 to compete in a 'Team's Toumament'. This event is a biannual competition between Taihape and Ohakune, the prize being the 'Rose Bowl Cup'. Ohakune, at the time of the challenge, were the proud holders . of the esteemed trophy. Unfortunately in this occasion Taihape proved to be the winning team. Ohakune players returned home minus the cup but with determination to retum the cup to its rightful place in August when Taihape challenge Ohakune on home ground.
