Churchill Trust

The Winston Churchill Memorial Trust Board is again calling for applications from people who require financial assistance for travel to do research which will benefit New Zealand in some way. The fellowships enable people to undertake a variety of projects which will benefit the community and/or the country. Nearly 400 New Zealanders have been awarded fellowships since the trust was set up in 1965. Applications are called for in an open category. There are no prescribed qualifications, academic or otherwise, for the award of a Churchill Fellowship. Applications should be directed to Joanne Oliver, Trust Administrator, Winston Churchill Memorial Trust, C/- Department of Internal Affairs, P O Box 805, Wellington.
