LIZARD LOVERS MEET

The weekend's Herpetological Society meeting, hosted by Pam and John Greenwood of Ohakune, went well despite a poor attendance, said Pam Greenwood. The ten people that attended the seminar enjoyed a field trip to Karioi Forest and Rangataua Reserve to look for lizards, dinner at the Hobbit restaurant followed by a night hunt at Rangataua, and a visit on Sunday to Okupata caves to investigate sightings of albino lizards.
