Men's bowls win

An Ohakune Men's Bowling Club team lead by Bill Heath, with Harry Sutton, Wardie Fetzer, Alf Kahukaka won the Keesing Cup from Wanganui in a game played at the Durie Hill Club recently. The team had their first challenge for the cup on February 1 1 here against a Wanganui team. They retained the cup with three points' difference in the scores. The next challenge for the cup is this week.
