VANDALISM OF GARDENS
A line of enquiry is being followed by Police after vandalism of Raetihi's traffic islands recently. A large number of plants were uprooted from the gardens. Offenders threw one plant at the Raetihi Post Office, cracking a window. Police say an arrest is imminent.
