Five Hundred Fully Paid-up Shares are to be allotted to the firm of W. • Hurst and Co. in payment of the good-will of their business. The services of Mr. A. H. Grainger have been secured as Managing Director for seven years, at a nominal salary for the first two years, and after that period at such salary as the Directors, in view of the increased business, may determine All employees and agents of the Company are to be shareholders. The terms are 7s. 6. per share on application, ss. on allotment, and the remainder to be called up in calls of 2s. 6d per share at intervals of not less than three months between each call. The calls are payable either in cash or produce at the option of the shareholder. In case of an application for five shares or under the full amount of 12s fid per share will be payable on allotment.
