Meeting hold on Saturday last 16th inst. Present Messrs. W. H, Cox (Chairman) H. Bear, J. M. King, Jones, F. Munro, T. C. Sainsbury and W. Hamilton (Secretary). Minutes of last meoting "read and confirmed.

Mr. Thof. Chaplin in reference to rent of old Public Hall.
Ambury, English and Co., received Math thanks.
Mr. Sainsbury proposed that the Secretary Avrite to the Minister of Public Works exjiressing the indignation and astonishment with which this union regards the dismissal of men, on railways and roads at this season of the year. Seconded by Mr. Bear and carried unanimously.
Mr. Glass wrote recommending an Insurance Company, as the cheapest and best for insurance against accidents, and advises all employers of labour to insure. ...
The iif xt meeting will be held on Friday January 21st. 1902 at 7 p.m.
