■ «• . ; We take the following- from the Herald:—Last night, as Mr. Arthur, auctioneer, was going along Upper ; Pitt-street, near Newton Eoad, about half past ten o'clock, he saw a young" man masquerading in th^ street, ap^ parently as "a ghost."
