MOLOTOV COMPLAINT OF CRITICISM

NEW YOEK, February 16. The Soviet Foreigm Mini-ster, M. Molotov, has complained to the United States about a statement attributed to the American- Under-Sec-retary of S-tate, Mr. Dean Acheson. Accokding to M. Molotov, Mr. Acheson said that RusJa's foreign policy was aggressive and expansionistic. M. Molotov described this statement as scandalous and hostile to the Soviet Union and said that it was regrettable that a person of Mr. Acheson's responsibility should make it.
