VANGUARD NEARING CAPETOWN
LONDON, Feb. 16. H.M.S.* Vanguard is nearing South Africa. A flying-boat from Capetown has made contact with her and dropped fcrmal plans for the Royal visit and other documents. South Africa's first official welcome to the Royal Family will be flashed from three flying-boats of the South African Air Force, which are to provide an escort into port. .
