FUTURE OF ROTORUA HOSPITALS
A conference between the Mayor of Rotorua, Mr. P. A. ICusabs, the Minister of Health, the Hon. A. iH. Nordmeyer, Dr. L. C. M,'cNickle, Director of H.ospitaij, Mr. W. Sullivan, M.P., Mr. F. G. Sheppard, architect to tRe Department of Health, and Mr. J. Banks, representatives of the borough on the Waikato Hospital Board, was held in the Council Chamber -yesterday to discuss outstanding matters relating to the Public Hospital, the Convalescent Hospital and the Sanatorium. The conference was held in committee, but the Mayor reported later that the Borough Council might expect an early letter from the Minister, setting out his proposals for the soiution of all these problems.
