DIRECTOR APPOINTED FOR POTTERY RESEARCH
WELLINGTON, last night, The appointment of the English pottery expert, Mr. Wilfred Yose, former chief chemist and ceramist to Taylor and Tunnicliffe Ltd., one of the ,chief special porcelain manufacturers in Britain, to direct the !New Zealand Pottery and Ceramic Re'search Assoeiation', was announced by the chairman of th6 assoeiation, Mr. F. Taylor. Mr. Vose is expected to take up his duties in New Zealand in four or five months' time. The assoeiation is also retaining the services of Mr. L. R. L. Dunn, of the Dominion Laboratory, as consultative director. Mr. Dunn has condueted a wide survey of New Zealand deposits.
