ABDEL KRIM RETURNS AFTER 20 YEARS
1 LONDON, Fcb. 12. The Spanish ■ Foreign Office has prctested against the action of the French Government in releasing Abdel Krim, the former Moroccan leader. He is now allowed to live in the south of France. The action, declares the Spanish Foreign Office, is a breaeh of the agreement between the two countries to decide together what steps should be taken about hi^ future. The Moroccan leader has been an exile on Reunion Island, in the Indian Ocean,1 since 1936, when he was defeated in Moroeco by a combined French and Spanish force. He had beaten the Spanish- Army and for' five years ,held out against the combined French and Spanish forees.
