Watersiders Not Employed At Freezing Works
AUCKLAND/ Last Night. Recent opinions expressed in th£ freezing works industry that Water* side workers tnrned to the industry to earn a supplementary income while overtime was banned on the waterfront during the dispute have been disoussed by the Westfield braneh of the Freezing Workers' Union. The following resolution of the freezing workers has been communicated to the secretary of the •\uekland braneh of the Waterside Workers' Union by the secretary of Ihe Westfield hranch of the Freezing Worlcers' Union, Mr. W. Russell: "That this meeting has no knowledge whatsoever of the waterside workers being employed at these works during the dispute."
