INDONESIAN TRANSFER TO SUMATRA
LONDON, February 10. The President of the 'Indonesian administration, Dr, Soekarno, has hounced a plan to move 15,000,000 , Indonesians from Java to Sumatra. Tf the Netherlands Government agrees several million more will he trahsferred to Bali. '■-.*
