LONDON, Feb. 10. Some defeatists among the Labour Party's opponents would not raise a hand to save Britain from disaster provided it caused the fall of the present Government, said the Attor-ney-General, Sir Hattley Shawcross, speaking in Manchester. They had done their best to undermine and sabptage the Government's policies at home and abroad. Thc people, however, by faith and harcl work, would triumph over the difficulties.
