Wedding Bells

MONCUR — HUTCHESON "The Chufch' of the Assumption, Onehunga, was the scene of a v^y pretty avedding on Saturday last, when Irene Anita Hutcheson, of Auckland, was married to Patrick Ernest Moncur, of Rotorua. Full choral Mass was celehrated and Father McGibbon offlciated. The bride entered the church with her father wearing a beautiful gown of embossed satin and her long white train, edged with old lace, was lield to her head with real white flowers. Her bouquet was of white roses, carliations and maidenhair fern. The bride had two bridesrnaids in attendanee. dressed alike in pale green crgandie full-length frocks. They carried bouquets of pink carnations arv.i maidenhair fern. The groom was attended by Mr. Eric Moncur as best nian and Mr. A. Martin, of Te Puke, as groomsman. Miss Webb sang "Ave Maria." __ The wedding reception was aiterwards held at the One Tree Hill tea kioslc, where Mrs. Hutcheson, assisted by Mrs. Moneur, received over 100 guests. Mrs. Hutcheson was wearing a brown morocain ensemble, writh a spray of red gerbc-ras and maidenhair fern. Mrs. Moneur wore a cycTamen ensemble with black aceessories to match and' a spray oi' cyclamen pansies.
