The offieial group at the launching induded Sir Archibald Jamieson, ■chairman of Vickers, Arnistrong, Ltd., Sir E'rnest Muriant, chairman of the Furness Withy Steamship Company, Ltd., and I Lady Jamieson. Miss Hamill, who was accompanied by her hsuband, was jivesented with a beaufiful diamond bi'ooch in a gold-mounted ivory caskct at the subsequent celebration dinner, j at whieh she was asked to make a j specvh. i
