When the headmaster of Lincoln School called in the police to investi- : gate the discovery of some explosives in the school, this is what they found; Thii'ty th|u|nder-'flashes, 255 Veney lights, 14 signal rockets, 17 rocket sticks, 101 tear-gas canisters and — an incendiary homh. .Seven boys from the school, aged from 15 to 17, were charged with. stealing explosives from an R.A.F. station, which, it was stated, was on a "care and maintenance" basis. The summonses were dismissed.
