Latest messages say that Major Collins, who was kidnapped o-n Sunday in Jerusalem, has not been found. The other kidnapped Englishman, Judge Windham, was was freed last night, is now back in his home in Tel Aviv, safe and well. j Irgun Zvai Leumi has announced that details of the release of Major Collins will be given to-day by their secret radio .transniitter. A Jewish Agency spokesman has stated that he has already been released. His nonappearance is still a mystery but one theory is that he may be unable to contact the authorities, because he is badly wounded. - j Judge Windham has given an account of his experiences. His captors treated him well, he said, giving him plenty of food and cigarettes. After his release he wa%ed about three-quarters of a mile across muddy fields and arrived at a disused factory on the outskirts of Tel Aviv. From there, he telepboned the police, and he stayed in the factory until a police car picked him up. He was still wearing the black court robes he had on when kidnapped, but not his wig. He said that the terrorists had kept it as a souvenir. !
