Discussions ' With Health Minister To Begm LONDON, Jan. 29. A British Medical Association meeting, by 252 votes to 17, accepted its council's advice and decided to enter into discussion with the Minister of Health, Mr. Aneurin Bevan, on the National Health Service Act. The meeting's vote reverses the I plebiscite decision of December 12 wheft 56 per cent of the 81 per cent of civilian doctors who participated voted against negotiations. It was also decided that, after discussions, a plebiscite of the profession should be held om the ques- * tion of entering the Civil Service. The council had recommended" entering discussions in view of Mr. Bevan's promise recently to the presidents of the Eoyai Colleges that he was prepared to discuss with the association any matters in dispute.
