AUCKLAND, Last Night. -• Oue of the hottest favourites in a big handicap event for some time, Te Hinemoa won her second Takapuna Cup at Ellerslie yesterday. The late scratching of Orakau after the totalisator had opened, compelled the club to pay three place dividends although ..there .was a field of seven only. The consistently successful Royal Scot won the Zealandia Handicap brilliantly. The totalisator handled £137,748 10s. There was an atteridance of 17,000.
