BRITISH COMPLAINT AGAINST ALBANIA
LONDON, Jan. 24. The Bx'itish complai'nt against Albania about mine laying in the Corfu Channel is expected to be considered j by the Security Council when it meets in New York next Tuesday. No coxnmunication has been received from , Albania about the matter yet, and it is not known whether an Albanian delegation is being sent to the hearing.
