WELLINGTON, Last Night. Top price of 3000 guineas for a yearling filly was realis'ed at the National Saies to-day, when Mr. F. V. Lysons, Wellington, purchased the Coronach-Indian Princess filly on behalf of the Maharajah of Kashmir. During this, the third day, 63 lots were sold for 36,935 guineas, an average Of 586 guineas. On the first three days, 247 lots have been disposed of for 159,275 guineas, an average of 644 guineas. There was a smaller presentation of Australian buyers, who secured only >six horses. Thirteen of the 63 sold realised 1000 guineas or more. The highest-priced colt was by FoxbridgeWhirlmint, bought by Mr. H. R. Hartmeyer, of Melbourne, for 2500gns.
