Missing Car Reclaimed

On Boxing Day, Mxv George Gleland, of Leamington, Cambridge, loeked his Singer 9 car in a garage at Grey Street, Cambridge, and' went on holiday. It was not until he returned on January' 16 that he discovered the vehicle was misisng but, in t'he meanwhile, the Rotorua police had located the car in the scrub off Old Taupo Road on January 5, and it was taken into safe keeping. The owner travelled to Rotorua at the week-end to reclaim his property and only found it damaged to the extent of about £2.
