LONDON. Licensing Justices granted Sundaymusic licences to two public houses so that- a Congregational minister can lead the customers 3 in community hymn-singing. The Justices, at Manchester, gave an'other public house a licence extension for what they called 'a good idea." The minister, the Rev. J. A. Ghambers, of thp Zion Congregational Chiurch, Hulme, Manchester, already has tried his plan with success. He drinks lemonade while the customers drinlc ibeer and sing.
