DISMANTLING OF GERMAN INDUSTRIAL PLANTS
BEELIN, Jan. 16. A statement has been issued by the German Soeialist Unity Party, which says that the Russians have ceased dismantling German industrial plants. The announeement was broadcast from all radio stations in the Russian zone. It was stated by the Russian authorities that the new ruling will apply to all German industries e.xcept seven eoal mines, the machinery f'rom which- is required for the reconstruction of devastated mines in Russia.
