SYDNEY, Jan. 15. The Trime Minister, Mr. Chifley, has intervened in the waterside dispute over appearance monev and holidays with pav, by inviting the secretary of the Waterside Workers' Federation, Mr. J. Healy, to confer with the Ministers in Canberra. The dispute has threatened to precipitate a general strike in all Australian jmjtJS.
