MEETING TO BE HELD IN o AUCKLAND AUCKLAND. Last night. The world yachting championships for 18 foot boats which was to have been sailed on the Waitemata Harbour early in February between New Zealand as the defenders has been cancelled'. This decision was reluctantly made :by the executive of the Auckland Provincial Yacht and Motor boat association to-night because of difficulites of arranging transport for boats and crews from Australia for the contest.
