BREAD RATION MAY BE REDUCED

LONDON, Jan. 14. Britain's bread ration is in danger of being reduced in the next few weeks, says a leading article in the milling trades journal, The Miller. The article says this is the view of many high ranking men in the grain trade, and there are indications that the Minister of Food is also fearing the worst. Mr. Strachey cpuld not find ships to move grain ,when it arrived at r Canadian ports. The ration will be reduced before March unless the necessary ships are secured in the next few weeks. A Ministry official, to whom the Daily Mail referred the article, said the matter was highly complicated.
