MAORI REMANDED ON THEFT CHARGE
Charged in the Rotorua Police ' Court yesterday with stealing a tent valued at £15, and a primus st'ove valued at £2 15 s, the prcperty of Mr. A. J. St. G. Brown, from a car at Ohinemutu on January 10, J.os^ph Hata Hona, of Ngapuna, lahourer, aged 30, was remanded to appear be-; fore the Magistrate on January 21. Messrs ' J. J. Dillon and O. H. Coleman, J.'sP., were" on the bench.
