Antarctic Sea-Plane Survivors Safe

LONDON, January 13. The wreckage of the American plane which has heen ittissing for some days from Admiral Byrd's expedition in the Antarctic has v been found by a searching aircraft. The survivors, one of whom is seriously injured, have been picked up hy seaplane. The men lived in the hull of the crashed plane, keeping ^lemselves warm witli paraehutes, and had to walk several miles to open water, where. the rescuing plane landed.
