PROTEST TO RUSSIA ON POLISH ELECTIONS

MOSCOW, Jan. 13. A London correspondent says that the British Ambassador at iVoscow has been told to communicate with the Russian Government cver the Polish elections. The British Government is in agreement with the text of an American Note to Russia and Poland over the conduct of the elections. It says that unless the Polish Government stops persscuting the ' democratie elements in the country there no likelihood of free elections.
