Foreign Airlines Pay Up To £4000 a Year WELLINGTON, Last Niglit. Airlines the world over are taking on New Zealand flyers, sometimes at salaries which sound almost fabulous. It is reported that Squadron-Leader J. Adams, who flew the refiord-break-ing Laneastrian out to New Zealand last March, has a position as chief pilot with the Argentine National Airlines. The salary is about £4000 a year, with extra flying pay. Squadron-Leader Bradshaw, another Kiwi Transport Command pilot, who eame ont with the Lancastrians, fcas a job in the s'ame company as a senior pilot, at about £3000.
