FREE IMMIGRATION TO CANADA ADVOCATED
VANCOUVER, January 10. The Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Gardiner, in addressing the Oanadian Club, advoeated the "vcide .open door" policy to bring millions of immigrants to Canada. He expressed the opimon .that Canada's only hope of maintaining her high world position was through I immigration. "It is hecessary that we have millions' more. It is necessary that F'urqpe should lose millions," he said.
