TO-DAY & TO-NIGHT There is an unusual blending of comedy and drama in "Mr. Muggs Rides Again" the Monogram East Side Kids' picture which opens an engagemcnt at the Majestic Theatre to-day. The comedy is hilarious and the dramatie action reaehes peaks of reaJ excitement and the result is a film which is ti oroughly enjoyable throughout its length. Thrills of Britain's racing, coupled with the a'ctivities of a black-market ring are the highlights c-f Warner Bros.' new Teddington production, "The ,-t'lOO Window," starring Anne CrawJ'ord, David Farrar, Frederick Leister and Mary Clare, which also '•iiows to-day. The story revolves around a staid bank cleik's family, with Frederick Leister as the father who sucldenly flounders into racing circles as cashici at the first i'100 tote window eeer iustalled at an English racecourse.
