PLOT TO OVERTHROW HUNGARIAN REPUBLIC

LONDON, January 9. The Hungarian Home Ministry has given some details of a plot discovered a few days ago which aimed at overwhelming the Republic and restoring Admiral Horthy. The Ministry said that a widespread organisation had 'been found.' So far over 50 people have been arrested. The revolt was timed to hegin after the withdrawal of Russian troops from the country. The plotters are said to have had aircraft at their disposal.
