WOMAN DIES AFTER EVICTION ORDER
MBLBCWENB A womam collapsed a(i|d died in ?r abran Court after an ejectment order had been made out against her. She was Miss Elsie Nicholls Bradshaw, 58, of Winifred Crescent, Toorak. Two women? who jointly owned the liouse she has been occupying for about 10 years, applied for her ejectment on the ground that they required it for their c mw use. Mr. Pyvis, P.M., ordered that the house be vacated within 30' days, but granted ■ lef endant a stay of eight weks. Miss Bradshaw, who had: just left the witness-'box, heard the order from the body of the court. Shc immediately collapsed, and was carried outside. She died before medical aid could be summoned. It is understood that she had been in poor health for some time.
