MAJESTIC THEATRE
■ i , TO-DAY AND TO-NIGHT The story o-f a tiny orphan girl who brings a Bad Man of the West to his knees, is unfolded on the Majestic screen in "Bad Baseomb," new M-G-M picture, co-starring Wallace Beery and Margaret O'Brien. Teaming of the veteran Beery and the talented Miss O'Brien is a master-strolce of casting, for the two offer a fascinating contrast in their respective roles of an amiable but liardened bandit and the little girl who proves she can hold her own with the toughest. It is this curious attachment of the ill-assorted pair that brings an unusual tenderness and appeal to the narrajiive of a bandit and his accomplice in thievery who join up with a caravan of Mormons in order to escape detection. ,Also showing is "Ijiside Job," an absorbing crime thriller, starring Preston Foster, Alari Curfcis and Ann Rutherford.
