(To the Editor) Sir,— It is high time that the pow ers that be fixedi the hours of dairies in this uniqiue town, not the owners. thereof, Having.no bread, and no milk from the day before, I went to my usual dairy and found a notice up, open from 7 a.m, to 8.30 a.m., open to 6 to 7 p.m. Judge of my astonishment, when the butehers' shops etc. were to be open, restricted hours like that for milk, bread and butter. I .was not the bnly one wondering if they wonld get any of these three items till 'Monday. — I am etc.,
