Russia Accused Of Violating Agreements
WASHINGTON, Dec. 29. A committee of the United States House of Representatives has nnanimously accused Russia of breaking the F'otsdam and other agreements. The charge is made in a report to the House which says that the most serious of violations ,of the Potsdam Agreement was Russia's rearming of German war plants which should have been scrapped. The report charged Russia with creating economic slav'ery, political terrorism and the repression of freedom in the countries that she now occupies. It calls yn the United States to assert positive ieadership in Europe, remarking that America seems content merely to occupy zones ami distribute relief.
