AUCKLAND, Last Night. Sylis, at odds of more than 50 to one, gained the narrowest of ' victories over Foxwyn in the Auckland Cup at Ellerslie today. Sylis, who last won at the 'Waikato Hunt meeting on Labour Day, is trained on the i'arm of his owners, between Tawhare and Kiwitahi, was awarded the decision by a nose after a photo finish.
