CONTROL OF REFUGEES TOO COSTLY
LONDON, Dec. 21, Britain hts informed the interGovernmental committee on refugees that shq is unable to- continue sharing with America all the operating expense of .the committee, but agrees to share 70 per cent of the cost with America, subject to a bilateral agreement with. America, the remain'der to be contributed by the other member Governments. If .these contributions are proved inadequate Britain may again have to tell the committee that she is unable to bear the expense.
