FINALLY TO-NIGHT "State Fair," 20th Century-Fox's bursting-with-j oy musical now showing at the Majestic Theatre, marks an all-time high in sheer entertainitient. The screen's most brilliant young stars — Dana Andrews, Jeanne Crain, Dick Haymes and Yiviart Blaine are in top roles with a supporting cast including Charles Winninger, Fay Bainter, Donald Meelc, Frank McHugh, Percy Kilbride and Henry Morgan.
