Hooligans Must Be Kept Under Control LONDON, December 15. The Milan radio has annonnced that. a statejment from a high Allied officer • said the Allied authorities would be forced to aslc for ihe re-establishment of military government in Padua unless the hooligan elements were kept under control. The statement admitted 'that. Sfiverai British soldiers had acted 'capropt-rly but they were greatly Ptovoked. Allied troops would l'emain as long as it was necessary to c®iplt"e their task. Attacks on british troops were unjustified.
