FATAL ACCIDENT AT TOKAANU MILL
AUCKLAND, last night. A mill-hand was kill-ed at the Lake Tirnber Company's No. ,2 anill at Tokaanu this afternoon. He was Thomas Rees, aged 18, of Tokaanu. Rees was workirig in -the mill when he fell' baclc and a log being' loaded by a wineh ci'ashed on him, fraeturing his skull. He died •, before a doetor ai-rived from Taumarunui.
